From the streets of Madras to the heart of Canada.

Madras Express is a brand-new South Indian kitchen, opening its doors in Ajax in 2026. Born from a love of Chennai's tiffin stalls and family kitchens, we're bringing crisp dosas, steaming filter coffee and slow-cooked biryanis to a refined Canadian dining room.

Every spice is roasted in-house. Every chutney is ground fresh each morning. Every plate is a quiet tribute to the cooks, farmers and grandmothers who shaped our cuisine - reimagined for our new home.
